Local Produce, Wherever Possible
Ploversfield is surrounded by a working farming community, and we believe in supporting local producers wherever we can. We therefore source our breakfast ingredients locally wherever practical, with particular emphasis on good-quality produce from Devon and the surrounding area.
Where suitable local produce is available, we prefer it to unnecessarily imported alternatives. Some of our preserves are also homemade.
