Lapwing Lodge Rates

A booking deposit of £250 must be paid by Bank Transfer . This will secure the booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due 10 weeks before start of holiday. This must be paid on time to hold and secure your booking . A further £100 is added to the balance as a security deposit . The security deposit is refundable following a property and contents check  and will be returned within a fortnight of the end of the stay. An excess usage of electricity or water which is metred may also be deducted from security deposit. In the event of a cancellation  50 % will be refunded of the balance will be refunded up to 8 weeks  before start of your holiday.
